Job Summary: To build, inspect, repair, replace, install, adjust, maintain, troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on all plant equipment in support of manufacturing activities. Tasks: : Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on plant equipment. : Read mechanical and electrical blueprints, drawing, diagrams, instructions, etc. : Complete records and documentation as required. : Interface with suppliers and outside support personnel. : Work in a safe manner, demonstrating good workmanship and practices. Qualifications: : Certificate of Qualification in Industrial Mechanic and Industrial Electrician. : Level One (Gas Technician GT:1) is preferred, but not required : Proven commitment to workplace safety. : Must have knowledge of plant safety policies and procedures. : Requires standing, stooping, reaching and lifting up to 50 lbs.
