Qualifications: :College Diploma as a Mechanical Engineering Technologist or Technician and/or relevant trade certification with Metrology experience. :Demonstrated ability to interpret GD and T and drawing requirements. :Intermediate computer skills and experience including Microsoft Office Suite, CAD/CAM. :Excellent communication skills. :Demonstrated team player. :Must pass medical exams to qualify as a Nuclear Energy Worker (NEW). :Must be able to travel to customer sites. Desired: :Nuclear industry experience. :Welding and weld inspection experience. :Experience with CMM programming and operation including PCDMIS software. :Product/Process/Equipment qualification experience. :Electrical Assembly (cable harness, PCB, PLC) production or inspection experience. Duties: :Receiving Inspection of purchased items and materials. :Document deficiencies and participate in their resolution. :Inspect manufacturing items at production checkpoints. :Metrology Instrument calibration and database maintenance. :Final inspection of completed items. :Thorough and proper recording of inspection records. :Read, understand and implement quality procedures and instructions.
