The Mobile Batcher Operator is responsible for the set up, take down and operation of the foamcrete equipment. The position provides leadership to ensure good morale and employee relations at the customer site while facilitating communication between the Customers, Drivers, other Management and Distribution with accuracy and timeliness Why Work with Us: :Competitive Compensation package :Recoginzed, respected and established global organization Position Responsibilities (key duties, scope of position, goals, expectations, and skill requirements: :Setup, prepare and adjustfoamcrete processing system at customer job sites. :Operatre foamcrate processing system, make adjustments to machinary as required during production run. :Check delivered product for quality control and perform on:going machine adjustments and minor maintance as necessary. :Assist in the movement,delivery, setup and takedownof foamcrete production equipment. :Interface with laboratory,field technicians and third:party laboratories to communicate quality objectives and results :Maintain quality management system to achieve consistent laboratory operation, allowing quality KPI's to be met. :Interface with laboratory and field technicians and third:party laboratories to communicate quality objectives and results. :Maintaining daily records of all test data. :Generate laboratory reports and statistical data. :Analyze quality metrics and identify issues and opportunities allowing continuous improvement. :Keep track of laboratory consumables and maintain inventory levels. :Manage invoices and SAP procurement processes. Position Requirements (Experience, Technical Expertise and Core Competencies): :Safety oriented and sound knowledge of OH and S policies, procedures and regulations :Knowledge of concrete and aggregates testing (asset) :Strong analytical and decision:making skills :Good communication skills both written and oral :Proficient in MS Office :Excellent problem solving abilities, organizational and time management skills :Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, flexible and able to adjust to changing priorities :Capability to work in an outdoor environment, with frequent exposure to heat, cold, dust and noise is re
