(o/a Kibo Japanese Grill & Cafe) Position: Food Service Supervisor Vacancy: 2 Responsibilities: - Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. - Assign duties to each staff member. - Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation. - Maintain records of stock, repairs, and wastage. - Check the inventory and arrange the order for insufficient ingredients and supplies. - Supervise staff members preparing and serving meals to customers. - Prepare work schedules and evaluate the work performance of staff members. - Respond to customer complaints related to food. - Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.
