This position is in Cargill's protein and salt business, where we provide wholesome, high-quality food products to a wide range of customers, from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters.The FSQR (Food Safety Quality and Regulatory) Summer Student will be responsible for supporting the Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory Department through collaboration with the operations team to meet food safety and production objectives. The technician will be expected to have the ability to take on a variety of roles as required, including but not limited to food safety monitoring and accurate paperwork completion.
