The Opportunity Reporting to the Manager of the IWK Emergency Department, Trauma Center and the Atlantic Canada Poison Center and the Director of IWK Children's Health Program (CHP) Surgical, Emergency and Rehabilitation Services, the Operations Manager will provide collaborative leadership in managing the physical, financial, and human resources consistent with the mission, strategic plan, goals, and objectives of the IWK Health Centre. The Operations Manager will liaise effectively with the medical, administrative, professional and support staff, to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Emergency Department, ensuring high quality accessible patient care services.
