PuroClean Kelowna is looking for a Full-Time Remediation Rebuild Manager (NOC 70011)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week, $28.85/hour, with benefits. Job Description: · Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the activities of renovations at PuroClean · Consult with customers, architects and engineers regarding plans and specifications · Select, hire and supervise trade subcontractors to do specialized work, such as plumbing, heating and electrical work · Plan and prepare work schedules and co-ordinate the activities of subcontractors · Inspect work performed by subcontractors to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications · Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers and trade subcontractors · Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies to promote company's products and services · Perform carpentry or other trade work during home construction or renovation activities. Job Requirements: · Must have 2 years of experience in the construction industry, including experience as a supervisor or project manager · Completion of high school · Further education/training in construction management is an asset · Language in the workplace is English Benefits: · After 3 months: disability, dental, extended medical, vision care.
