Salary and wages: $43.00 per hour Duties/Responsibility: · Develops and enforces international merchandising plans and strategies that back up the development of the commodities and services of the establishment. · Conducts various marketing and sales polls and studies and examines the arranged selling products of the company. · Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes across various international markets. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design market research questionnaires to gather insights into customer preferences and implement quantitative and qualitative research projects aimed at understanding market dynamics and consumer behavior. · Develop and execute online marketing strategies, including E-commerce initiatives and website promotions (specified in Amazon and Shopify), to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience across digital platforms. · Analyzes international markets trends, customer feedback and sales data to identify opportunities for product development and optimization. · Analyzes and examines promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives, identifying areas for optimization and improvement to enhance ROI and market penetration. · Evaluate and enhance existing marketing and sales procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. · Provide consultation and support to new businesses on strategic planning, market entry strategies, and growth opportunities in domestic and international markets.
