As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems. The Client Action Team (CAT) is looking to add intermediate level Client Engagement support at the Mississauga office. The Client Engagement Coordinator will come with at least 3 years prior work history and will use their experience to help Client Engagement Directors on key Hatch pursuits. Accordingly, day:to:day job responsibilities will be determined by the needs and workload of the team, but will likely include: - Schedule, coordinate and participate in planning meetings - Vet and forward internal client support service requests to appropriate team member - Support development of pursuit materials, including documents and presentations - Source and create graphics and templates, including photos, organizational charts, etc. - Support delivery of Client Action Team trainings (in person and virtual sessions), including components of event planning and providing onsite support (Travel may be required.) - Manage and maintain Client Action Team intranet pages and assets - Partner with other teams (Marketing and People Development) to support shared interests - Execute ad hoc Client Action Team member requests. Qualifications: This person will have visibility working in Mississauga with Business Unit leads, Managing Directors, and sometimes Executives. The successful candidate must present well, demonstrate business maturity, and the ability to understand and maintain confidential information.
