Your opportunity: Under the general direction of the Operations Manager, the Parking Control Assistant will monitor parking areas, enforcing the Universitys parking regulations and ensuring vehicles park in designated spaces. Using a handheld device or license plate scanner, they will identify violations and issue municipal parking tickets for non:compliance. Must be able to obtain MLEO certification from the City of Mississauga within 2 months of hire, and maintain/re:certify as necessary. They will respond to inquiries and concerns related to parking regulations and procedures, providing information on parking rules, ticket payment options, or the appeals process. They will assist patrons using pay machines, troubleshooting issues and submitting service requests as needed. They may also help direct traffic and ensure everyone parks safely.
