As a lead/manager focused on SAP EWM, you will lead, and support SAP pursuits and Practice Development initiatives focused on EWM business processes and functionalities as well as deliver SAP projects successfully to large public and private sector organizations. You will also supervise and coach junior colleagues and manage parts of client engagements, develop external eminence for Deloitte and build strong business relationships with potential clients. Enough about us, let's talk about you You are someone with: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 8:10 years of experience in SAP EWM implementation and support, with at least 3:5 years in a leadership or managerial role. - Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and best practices. - Proficiency in SAP EWM configuration and customization. - Experience with SAP EWM integration with other SAP modules and third:party systems. - Excellent leadership, project management, and organizational skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - SAP EWM certification is a plus. Preferred Skills: - Experience with SAP S/4HANA. - Knowledge of other SAP modules such as SAP MM, SAP SD, and SAP TM. - Familiarity with ABAP programming and debugging. - Experience in managing large:scale projects and leading cross:functional teams. - Ability to work in a fast:paced and dynamic environment. - Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed.
