As a Manager, you will be a critical leader on our team delivering strategy and business design projects with our Financial Services clients (e.g., business banking, retail banking experience in private and or public sector). You will assume day:to:day leadership roles in the delivery of projects including overseeing qualitative and quantitative analyses, preparing client deliverables, managing client relationships, and leading project team members. In addition to project delivery, Managers are expected to contribute to the firm's growth and development by: - Leading project scoping, planning, and facilitating buy:in of proposed solutions from client executives - Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, participating in business development activities, and being an active member of pursuit teams leading proposal development - Applying industry knowledge and expertise to develop Deloitte "point of view" content and supporting industry events sponsored by the firm.
