Job Summary As a Principal Scientist for our Bioanalysis team at the Senneville location, you will be responsible for the design, conduct and reporting of studies efficiently and with the maximum scientific quality. In this role, primary responsibilities include: :Oversee Senior Research Scientists and Scientists in the conduct of their studies; :Review and approve raw data. :Write, review and edit, as necessary, stand:alone and contributing Scientist draft and/or final reports that document all study related procedures and results; :Attend scientific meetings, symposia or workshops at the discretion of the Executive Director, Laboratory Sciences North America and/or Principal Director, Laboratory Sciences and publish or present results of the research whenever possible; :Assist in the design of study packages and be able to provide advice to Study Directors and Sponsors on Laboratory Sciences issues; :Relevant Test Facility Management (TFM) responsibility as per Delegation of Authority Memo; :Participate in the training and performance evaluation of Senior Research Scientists, Scientists, Analysts, technical staff and/or cross:training scientific staff, where appropriate. Key Elements We are looking for the following minimum qualifications for this role: :At least a Bachelors degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry or any other related disciplines; :A minimum of 7 years' experience in a Scientist/Research Scientist position; :Relevant experience and very good knowledge of the LC:MS technique; :Ability to work under time constraints and adapt to change; :Flexibility to work flexible hours; :Ability to lead work in a team environment.
