Candidates will be expected to provide support to other employees and coordinates schedules. Key duties include directing phone calls, responding to inquiries, managing meeting schedules, perform general clerical work for the office, create and maintain recordkeeping systems, schedule appointments, take messages for staff, and facilitate communication with clients.
