Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions, ensuring alignment with company goals. 3. Allocate material, human, and financial resources to effectively implement company policies, including establishing financial and administrative controls. 4. Formulate and approve promotional campaigns, oversee overall personnel planning, and optimize labor costs through effective human resources strategies. 5. Select and coordinate middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, ensuring efficient operation across regions, divisions, or departments. 6. Represent the company or delegate representatives in negotiations and other official functions to enhance the corporate image and customer experience. 7. Design and improve performance appraisal systems, being responsible for recruitment, training plans, and the implementation of a comprehensive human resources system. 8. Plan and coordinate external conferences, events, and receptions, ensuring high standards in all company communications and customer interactions.
