We offer builders a variety of simple solutions to construction site maintenance at any phase. From interior cleanup to demolition, we are fully equipped to take on any job. At this time, we are looking for a Cleaning Crew Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will perform the following duties: · Coordinate the work of the cleaning crew on construction and post-demolition sites · Inspect sites to ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are met · Monitor and procure maintenance and cleaning supplies within the approved budget · Complete daily logs and checklists · Prepare work schedules of the cleaning crew and align them with other crews` supervisors · Assist in hiring and training the cleaning crew · Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs · Perform certain cleaning activities at construction and post-demolition sites, as directed JOB REQUIREMENTS · Secondary School Diploma · At least 7 months of experience as a Cleaner or Cleaning Crew Supervisor · Previous supervisory experience is an asset · Team player, client focused and flexible · Work in a fast-paced environment · Good English skills EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS · Permanent, full-time position · $25.25 per hour for 30-35 hours of work per week · Overtime pay applies after 44 hours of work per week · Address: 2011 Yonge St, suite 200, Toronto, Ontario, M4S L28 · Work location: various sites around the GTA To apply, please send your resume by email to hiring.spikeonsite@outlook.com with the subject line "Cleaning Crew Supervisor".
