Come grow with us! General Purpose and Scope of Position:  The Customer Service Representative position will support the Operations Department with various functions including, Customer Service functions, such as order entry, invoicing, and other duties, assisting in the coordination of inbound and outbound truck and rail logistic functions for plant operations, supporting Nachurs, Oil & Gas, Industrial Chemicals, Deicer & Mining and New Ag Markets Division logistic requirements for movement of finished product and raw material orders; raw material receipts and inventory reconciliation. Key Skills and Abilities:High School Diploma required; two-year Associate Degree preferredMinimum 3-5 years of customer service or administrative work experience Proficient in data entryExperience with railcar and truck logistics preferredProficient in Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel, and OutlookExperience with a Tier 1 ERP, JDE experience preferredExperience in agriculture or aquaculture preferred Key Personal Attributes Include:Experience with railcar and truck logistics preferredPossess good oral and written communication skillsA high level of commitment and accountability in all areas of responsibilityStrong communication and interpersonal skills are required for positive interactions between internal and external employees, customers, and suppliersAbility to demonstrate and maintain professionalism in interactions with others is needed, including an ability to work with a high level of confidentialityAbility to work and contribute independently and/or within a team on given assignmentsAbility to prioritize and multi-task to accomplish multiple assignments and meet deadlines Specific Responsibilities and Key Deliverables Include:Fertilizer and Industrial Order Taking via phone, fax, or email confirming orders and expected delivery times with plant and customer.
