Creative Insight Pottery is actively looking to hire one (1) - Digital Marketing Coordinator for a permanent, full-time position to work in our Pottery Studio located at 23 Main Street South, Waterdown, Ontario, L0R 2H0. Note: Work is performed primarily at the location listed above. Locations will vary depending on the assignments. Frequent or constant travel is required from the employee. When needed. Work may be done remotely on occasions. Minimum 6 hours per day, 30 hours per week. Overtime pay after 44 hours per week. 14 days paid vacation. The Digital Marketing Coordinator shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following job tasks: Job Duties: · Social Media Creation & Management o Creating daily original, engaging social media content across all relevant platforms o Creating/gathering videos and photos for continued social media content at the Studio o Creating/gathering videos and photos for continued social media content off-site o Weekly (perhaps more) consults with the Employer o Managing and planning future marketing campaigns · Graphic Design o Party Invitations, promotional print ads, printed materials/marketing for events/fundraisers etc · Website Management/Maintenance o Schedule/Calendar/Registration management o Basic website maintenance (SEO, Plug-ins, troubleshooting, communications with Web Designer) · Basic Business Operations Backup o Local driving errands, organizing clay, small maintenance, assisting students/technicians, etc · Develop all kinds of events for publicity, fundraising and information purposes · Develop communication strategies · Evaluate communication strategies and programs · Implement communication strategies and programs · Oversee the preparation of public written material · Prepare written material such as reports, briefs, website content · Produce educational and publicity programs and informational materials to awaken curiosity and interest in the subject matter · Publicize activities, workshops, meetings and other events for fundraising or information purposes · Perform administrative tasks · Act as spokesperson for an organization · Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies · Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material · Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions · Gather, research and prepare communications material · Prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity and information programs, materials and sessions · Develop marketing strategies · Maintain and manage digital database · Write and edit press releases, newsletter and communications materials
