We need this role to help us stand out among competing companies with our high-quality publication materials. Job Duties:  1.Participate in the development of content-guiding policies, set up editorial criteria, and supervise all future content-creation processes with a set of streamlined procedures. 2.Oversee the content produced for clients' projects, edit the draft material for better comprehensibility, and ensure all final contents prior to publication meet our company standards and fit in our design languages. 3.Lead the content-creating team, hold regular meetings to talk about creative directions for each project, and assign specific tasks to each staff member with a detailed timetable. 4.Review the content's flow and structure, ensuring that it follows a logical progression and is well-organized, check for coherence making sure that it can easily attract attention and resonate with potential audience. 5.Coordinate with other functions of the company on the content production schedules, campaign collaboration, and input on aligning the content-related tasks with our company's image and characteristics. 6.Work closely with the marketing team to ensure our created content can result in decent SEO results for clients' businesses and an increase in business traffic. 7.Serve as the gatekeeper to control editorial quality across all content produced by us, conduct fact-checking to warrant consistent and accurate information on our side, and edit for grammar and styles for a clear and professional presentation of final marketing products. 8.Exert a strong leadership to inspire all content creators, encourage them to think freely and strive for better project results, as well as providing feedback or assistance to staff encountering creative bottlenecks. 9.Stay on top of the industry trends, the latest change of styles in content marketing and editorial management involving conducting research, attending industry conferences, and acquiring knowledge about the marketing landscape to ensure that our published content remains relevant and competitive.
