Occasional business travel for training, trade shows, and/or to potential customer sites is a requirement of this role.As an ERP Finance Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our clients' financial processes through the effective implementation and utilization of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the seamless integration of financial modules and functionalities, contributing to the overall success of our clients' financial operations. RESPONSIBILITIES:Collaborate with client teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions in the finance domainConfigure and customize ERP financial modules to align with the client's financial processes and policiesProvide expertise in financial best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory standards during ERP implementationConduct thorough testing and quality assurance of ERP modules to ensure accuracy, reliability, and seamless integrationTrain end-users on utilizing ERP finance modules efficiently and effectivelyOffer post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and identifying opportunities for process enhancementsCollaborate with technical teams for data migration and integration projectsStay up-to-date with ERP trends, updates, and emerging technologies to contribute to continuous improvement DESIRED PROFILE:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, BusinessCertification in relevant ERP systems or finance-related credentials (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus5-8 years of experience in a similar or relevant role, preferably in ERP implementation or finance transformation projectsProven expertise in configuring and implementing ERP financial modules (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) with a deep understanding of financial processesStrong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into ERP solutionsIn-depth knowledge of financial accounting principles, regulatory compliance, and reporting standardsExcellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levelsProblem-solving mindset with the ability to diagnose and resolve system-related issuesWillingness and flexibility to travel internationally based on project and training requirementsFamiliarity with project management methodologies and toolsExperience in data migration, integration, or system upgradesAbility to adapt to evolving technologies and contribute to process improvement initiativesStrong interpersonal skills to foster positive working relationships within cross-functional teamsInterested in this Opportunity?
