Salary: $25.00 CAD per hour Contact: toronto.recruiting@eataly.com Duties: · Inspecting repair work, projects, equipment, work orders, daily maintenance, and supplies for the purpose of ensuring that jobs are completed efficiently · Referring to product manuals to replace or repair parts or components using hand tools and equipment · Assisting the Facilities Manager with maintenance projects (e.g., site repairs/construction, preventive maintenance, and more) for the purpose of ensuring completion within established time frames, project design and budget · Troubleshooting problems and repairing small restaurant equipment and small kitchen appliances, including but not limited to the following: fan coils, kettles, coffee machines, pasta making machines, and more · Conducting preventative maintenance schedules and procedures for all food service equipment, including changing and cleaning filters and cleaning condensers and coils using various hand tools · Performing other duties as required or assigned
