We are now seeking a competent and experienced leader for the position of Finance and Administration Director to lead the company through its next phase of growth and development. The successful candidate will focus on financial and administrative management of the company and report to the president directly, leading and developing an internal team to support multiple corporate functions such as finance, budgeting, administration, and human resources. This is also a leadership position that plays a prominent role in shaping the strategies, rules, and regulations for the company. Your responsibilities: Act as an expert and responsible for the company's financial, administrative, human resource and overall development and assist the president on the company's strategic plans Prepare business budgets plan for the management and ensure that the company operates within budget guidelines, and administer cost control Update and manage all necessary business and accounting policies and procedures, rules and regulations, guide and supervise the teams and day-to-day operations to ensure the company is running smoothly Responsible for the preparation and management of the financial related issues, such as financial statements, reports, annual returns, and auditing; analyze financial reports in an accurate and timely manner Prepare recruitment plans, supervise, and manage all interviews and employment contracts Supervise and manage the administration staff to ensure the accurate and timely Staff Attendance, payroll, and performance evaluation Work with other directors to set sales goals and key performance indicators and establish and manage the KPI evaluation plan and compensation programs, etc. Coordinate closely and transparently with contractors for maintenance, supplies and materials, manage and supervise relevant tenants contracts' negotiation and execution (procurement, rental renewal, service, etc.) Work with other teams to prepare and organize marketing activities, such as presentations, seminars, workshops, and conferences, etc. and make sure all the activities are in line with the budget Other duties as assigned
