You will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company and have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. The selected candidate will provide meaningful financial expertise across the organization and act as a trusted finance business partner. Main responsibilities include: · Plans, organizes, directs and controls the accounting and finance function, including ensuring the accuracy and completeness of month-end closing and financial reporting to stakeholders. · Prepare month end and yearly financial statements, financial analysis, variance analysis and key reports for senior leadership's consideration and decision making. · Ensures timely and accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis and provide crucial insights and recommendations to the executive team. · Develop and implement financial policies, procedures and best practices to strengthen and maintain sound internal control environment. · Actively participates in business proposals and provide ad-hoc financial insights to assist the executives in evaluating potential investments and expansion initiatives. · Collaborate closely with the executive leadership team to develop and execute strategic plan in alignment with the company's growth objectives. · Demonstrate strong supervisory and leadership skills, recruit, build and manage finance staff as and when required. · Play a key role in managing working capital, capital expenditure planning and financial risk mitigation. · Provide accurate and timely information to internal and external stakeholders.
