Position: First Cook Wage: CAD$29.00/hour Types: Full-time, Permanent Working hours: 30-40 hours/week Benefits: 4% of vacation pay Job Duties: · Prepare and cook traditional Korean-Chinese food items including Jjamppong, Jajang, Tangsuyuk, Gochu Yuringi, and other dishes on the menus; · Prepare special house sauces; · Assist with chef in planning menus; · Oversee kitchen operations; · Train other staff with respect to food preparation. Job Requirements: · Completion of secondary school; · Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or completion of college or other program in cooking or 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience. · Korean-Chinese food cooking experience an asset.
