Worksite environment Odours Hot Work setting Food service establishment On-site customer service Responsibilities Plan, manage and arrange the activities of staff who prepare and serve food to the customers Prepare work schedules of crew members and procedures as per management request Order and estimate ingredients and supplies required for preparation of meal Ensure that food and service comply with quality standards Prepare and submit reports Keep track of stock, sales, and wastage of food Train crew in job responsibilities, safety procedures and hygiene standards.
