Job Description The Opportunity: The HRBP plays an integral role in supporting our business partners to achieve their business objectives through proactive engagement and execution of people priorities. This role requires well-rounded HR partner experience with proven ability to build impactful relationships. This position will appeal to candidates who are solution-focused and have a passion for contributing towards employee engagement. Navigating multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment will be essential for success. The role will have a dedicated client group and will collaborate with the broader HRBP Operations team Any MLF team member interested in being considered for this role are encouraged to apply online by July 17.
