Visit Home : Kinross Gold Corporation Purpose of Role Reporting to the Director, IT/OT Integrations and Global Network Communications, this position will focus on the optimization and support of Operational Technology systems within the IT context, in multiple technical domains including mine, plant, and safety systems. The role will enable secure and efficient integration of applications between the IT and OT, facilitating access to application for users, maintaining optimum security for OT applications. The ideal candidate will bring hands:on experience in industrial control systems (ICS), demonstrate exceptional troubleshooting abilities, operate independently, and communicate effectively across multidisciplinary teams. Job Responsibilities 1. Operational Technology and ICS Support : Provide advanced technical support for OT/ICS environments, including PLCs, SCADA systems, HMIs, DCS, and historians. : Support authentication mechanisms for OT applications, servers, and end users. : Lead or contribute to OT application implementations, migrations, and upgrades. : Conduct system health monitoring, patching, and performance tuning of OT platforms : Maintain, update, and standardize documentation for deployment, change control, and operations. : Provide expert:level troubleshooting and serve as final escalation point prior to vendor engagement. 2.
