Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical Leadership: - Oversee the design, development, and implementation of Java:based applications. - Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and technical feasibility of projects. - Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. 2. Project Management: - Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. - Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines are met. - Allocate tasks to team members and manage their workload. 3.
