The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Tableau dashboards and reports. This role requires a deep understanding of data visualization principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross:functional teams to deliver impactful business insights. What will your typical day look like? :Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Tableau dashboards and reports to support business decision:making. :Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that data visualization solutions meet their needs. :Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents. :Develop complex data models and calculations to support advanced analytics and reporting. :Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and usability, ensuring a seamless user experience. :Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business value. :Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior Tableau developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. :Stay updated with the latest Tableau features, best practices, and industry trends to ensure the team is leveraging the most effective tools and techniques. :Work closely with data engineers and data scientists to ensure data integrity and accuracy in all visualizations. :Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high:quality standards. :Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner. :Manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring timely delivery of high:quality solutions.
