You’ll build trusted relationships with local producers, offering agronomic guidance, crop planning support, and product recommendations. While managing the movement of crop inputs like seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products, you also handle forecasting, ordering, and inventory reconciliation. The role includes leading a small team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Whether coordinating logistics, blending fertilizer, or mentoring staff, every responsibility contributes to delivering exceptional service and driving the branch’s success. WORK SCHEDULEThe standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, however seasonal hours may vary.
