Conduct thorough discovery sessions to ensure a deep understanding of the clients pain points and desired outcomes. :Solution Design: Develop innovative and comprehensive managed services solutions that address the clients requirements and align with industry best practices. This includes designing technical architectures, selecting appropriate technologies, and outlining implementation plans. :Proposal Development: Create detailed technical proposals and statements of work (SOW) that clearly articulate the solutions benefits, features, and implementation approach. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure proposals are tailored to the clients specific needs, including pricing and contract terms. :Presentation and Demonstration: Deliver persuasive and engaging presentations to clients, showcasing the proposed managed services solution and its value proposition. Conduct product demonstrations and proof:of:concepts to highlight key features and functionalities. :Technical Expertise: Stay up:to:date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the managed services industry. Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to clients on industry standards, security, scalability, and performance considerations. :Collaboration: Work closely with cross:functional teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless handover and successful implementation of the proposed solution. Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate scoping and alignment with client expectations. :Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement in the solution design and presales process.
