ABOUT THE ROLE: As the Manager, Business Operations and Optimization, you will play a critical role in leading and optimizing key people:focused processes and operational programs across our retail organization. This position ensures operational excellence in all aspects of people operations, including but not limited to staffing and scheduling programs, HR tools partnership, emergency management, and store administration. You'll collaborate closely with cross:functional partners in HR, Retail Training and Talent Development, DE and I, and Retail Leadership across Canada and North America to ensure a seamless and efficient store support structure that drives productivity, employee experience, and operational consistency.
