What will your typical day look like?
As a Marketing Manager focused on Brand Programming:
:You will be involved in contributing to the brand strategy and collaborating with internal clients and our in:house Agency and Digital teams to enhance the brands positioning in the marketplace.
:You will lead the development and execution of advertising and content marketing campaigns, ensuring they will resonate with our target audiences and align with the brands strategic goals.
:You will also promote experiential activities that create memorable interactions with the brand, thereby strengthening its presence and reputation in the market.
:You will work closely with internal clients and the in:house Agency and Digital teams to ensure these activities are effectively integrated into the overall marketing strategy, on schedule, and within budget.
:Additionally, you will focus on reporting and analytics, working against clearly defined objectives and KPIs to measure the success and impact of your marketing efforts : including running test and learns for continuous improvement.
About the team
You will be a part of a newly formed and dedicated pod for Brand Programming, which includes a diverse range of talent such as writing, design, digital planning, PR, project management, and more. You will be reporting into a Sr. Manager and have a Specialist and Project Manager supporting you. There will also be frequent collaboration with the broader marketing group to socialize learning and participate in upskilling and other shared experiences.

You are someone with:
:With a minimum 6 years of marketing/communications experience, with a strong background in planning and executing digital and/or integrated marketing campaigns that build awareness and drive consideration (upper funnel)
:A passion for creativity ... with a purpose. You want to do new things that breakthrough but don't lose sight of the business objective and what's right for the brand.
:Excellent interpersonal and client service skills, able to collaborate effectively across a diverse cross:functional team : including effective communication (oral, written) to exert influence. You effectively manage up and down.
:An analytical and customer:centric mindset that is passionate about using research, data, and testing, to unlock audience insights that can enhance marketing performance. You are curious and comfortable with interpreting the numbers to tell a story.
