Position Summary The Supply Group Administrator is responsible for overseeing the flow of materials and resources within McAsphalt, and ensuring efficient sourcing, purchasing, and distribution of goods and services. Main Duties and Responsibilities :Create/update P.O.'s for our US vendors and orders outside of MCA logistics. :Create/update sales and purchase agreements. :Follow up with vendors on orders. :Follow up with freight carriers and obtain rates. :Create/update freights tables (daily/weekly/monthly). :Review/approve/deny vendor invoices. :Ensure accuracy of weekly supply report. :Prepare/update various daily/weekly reports. Required Qualifications :A college diploma, or university degree in business administration, supply chain management, or another related field. :High attention to detail. :Analytical. :Critical thinking. :Self:starter. :Business acumen. :Team player and collaborative. :Flexible. :Good sense of humor.
