Term: Permanent Full Time Role Overview: As a Regional Agronomic Account Manager, you will be the key connection between Taurus, its clients, and the agricultural community. Your role will focus on sales, marketing, and agronomic support to retailers, agronomists, consultants, and growers. Working closely with the Taurus team, you will drive brand awareness, market share, and adoption of industry-leading Seed, Soil, and Plant Fertility solutions. Key Responsibilities:Build and strengthen relationships with retailers, agronomists, and growersProvide agronomic expertise and support through direct sales calls, meetings, and presentationsRepresent Taurus at tradeshows, grower events, and field trialsDeliver research-backed insights to help customers implement effective fertility strategiesRegion: Saskatchewan – Saskatoon – Northern SK Travel Requirement: Approximately 50% travel, including 3 days per week within the territory on a regular basis, plus 2-4 weeks per year for tradeshows and team meetings. Additional travel may be required based on business needs. Education Required: B.Sc Ag or Ag Business Diploma Candidates with extensive experience in agronomy, soil health, plant and seed fertility, and biological inoculants will also be considered Skills Required: Self-starter with strong initiative and professionalismExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProven ability to drive sales and educate the marketplace Experience Required: The ideal candidate would have completed a B.Sc. in Agriculture or an Agricultural Diploma with a focus on crop sciences. The individual would also possess a minimum of 4-5 years of practical and successful experience working in the Ag marketing and sales sector, whether it be retail or wholesale. Previous experience covering this region is considered an asset.
