Enough about us, let's talk about you :Minimum 6years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 2 years leading Agile teams in an outsourced development environment. :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or the equivalent combination of education :Experience in Talent application implementation and operations management :Must have: SAFe certified Agile Practitioner/SM, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master(PSM) certification required. :Nice to have: Advanced certifications (e.g., CSP:SM, PSM II).
