Job Description

Senior Graphic Designer Job Duties: · Lead the end-to-end execution of advanced graphic design projects across print, digital, and experiential platforms, ensuring consistency with the brand's visual identity and broader marketing strategy. · Transform complex business challenges into intelligent, visually impactful design solutions, showing strategic thinking and design leadership. · Build and maintain scalable brand systems and detailed style guides to support consistency across internal and external communications. · Partner cross-functionally with creative director, marketing lead, and stakeholders to craft targeted design approaches that align with evolving business goals. · Expertise in visual storytelling, including strong knowledge of composition, color theory, and typography, to elevate creative outputs. · Provide direction and quality assurance during vendor coordination, including overseeing production specs, mockups, and press checks. · Stay up-to-date with design innovations, technologies, and industry trends, actively applying them to strengthen brand relevance. · Manage timelines and prioritize competing deadlines while upholding quality and brand standards in every deliverable. Requirements: · 3~5 years of progressive experience in graphic design · Demonstrated ability to lead high-impact projects from ideation to delivery, especially under tight timelines. · Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. · A robust portfolio that demonstrates conceptual strength, refined execution, and adaptability across multiple mediums and audiences. · Deep understanding of branding principles and multi-platform design application. · Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and working knowledge of Figma or similar design collaboration tools. · Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make confident design decisions independently. · Additional certifications in Photography or Motion Graphics are considered valuable assets. · Prior experience in the hospitality sector (restaurants, hotels, or luxury services) is a strong asset, supporting elevated aesthetic and brand execution standards.
