What will your typical day look like? In this role some of the duties will include but not limited to: Client Engagements and Go:to:Market :Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technology requirements :Provide expert advice and guidance to clients including best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies :Develop and nurture relationships with clients :The ability to actively participate and shape strategic objectives in Financial Crime :Collaborate and interact across Deloitte services to leverage complementary competencies :Drive business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities, leading RFP responses, and contributing to thought leadership material Project Management and Delivery :Lead/oversee multiple, concurrent analytic engagements, from initiation to completion, across a portfolio of clients :Lead storytelling based on the analytic insights that provide perspective to client objectives :Focused on delivering a "no surprise experience" to the client, which includes project, risk and engagement economics management :Ability to identify strategic opportunities that are aligned to client objectives beyond the tactical execution of the engagement Stakeholder Communication :Serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and project sponsors :Communicate project updates, milestones, and outcomes effectively to ensure alignment and buy:in from all parties involved :Act as a bridge between technical and non:technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear, understandable language Team Development :Contribute to the growth and development of the Financial Crime Practice :Coach and mentor team members in alignment to Deloittes values :Foster a continuous learning environment and develop technical capabilities aligned to career aspirations Continuous Improvement :Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements, industry trends, and best practices :Continuously evaluate and refine our consulting methodologies, tools, and frameworks to drive innovation and excellence in service delivery :Share knowledge and insights with colleagues through training sessions, workshops, and internal knowledge:sharing platforms About the team The Financial Crime landscape is continually evolving and becoming increasingly complex for our clients to manage.
