As the Senior Manager, Reporting and Analytics, you will support the Tangerine Data and Analytics team in leading the development of data:driven insights and solutions that enhance customer experience, and optimize operational efficiency. You will play a critical role in supporting business objectives through advanced analytics, performance measurement, and stakeholder collaboration. Is this role right for you? In this role, you will: stylemargin:bottom:0.0in;margin:top:0.0px: : Design and implement analytical solutions to evaluate performance and develop agent scorecards : Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to optimize operations : Build standardized data products for the Operations domain : Ensure well:defined data elements are available to support automation and enable self:service analytics : Partner with cross:functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements : Develop roadmaps for analytics solutions and ensure alignment with business goals : Integrate the Bank's risk appetite and culture into daily decision:making : Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices : Act as a trusted advisor, guiding the development and implementation of advance analytics use cases : Identify new data sources and applications to address compliance and operational gaps : Apply best practices in communication and relationship management Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
