Colleagues will continue working remotely up to 1 day a week, while spending the other 4 days in the office (to be determined by each business unit).Role Mandate: The purpose of this position is to provide analytical, administrative and data management support for the control brand sustainability team.? This will include a seafood sustainability project to collect relevant sustainability information from various sources to enable reporting and support compliance efforts. Exposure to various other sustainability initiatives may include packaging, palm oil and animal welfare.Accountabilities:Liase with various internal and external stakeholders and access various databases to collect sustainability informationReview sustainability information and certificates for accuracyEnter relevant sustainability data into systems as requiredProvide regular updates and reports on progressIdentify any challenges and make recommendations on how to address themAssist with projects related to other sustainability initiatives as neededSupport the development and implementation of a long-term data collection process and training programRole Requirements:Enrolled in or completed a post-secondary programInterest and study in sustainability or related field is an asset, but not requiredAnalytical skill set with ability to manage large amounts of complex dataTeam player, one who is both collaborative with peers and management, and easily displays initiative and self-motivation to ensure projects stay on trackStrong organizational skillsStrong communications skills (verbal and written), confidence in ability to work with senior level colleaguesGeneral tools: Microsoft Office suite, with specific strong abilities in Excel and familiarity with databases, data entryProprietary tools: Ability to quickly develop acute familiarity with LBL reporting tools, including: Microstrategy, Packaging Specification database (FMP), SAP, Bamboo Rose, etc.Performance Measures:Timely, accurate and complete collection and aggregation of sustainability dataFeedback from stakeholders on ability to collaborate, resolve problems, and add valueOur commitment to Sustainability and Social Impact is an essential part of the way we do business, and we focus our attention on areas where we can have the greatest impact.
