Supervision: 1 to 2 people Tasks · Supervising and assessing the performance of logistics personnel responsible for tracking both inbound and outbound shipments. · Planning and coordinating daily logistics operations, planning shipment schedules and optimizing delivery routes. · Overseeing and coordinating dispatch operations, including assigning routes and schedules to drivers, setting work timetables, and maintaining effective inventory management systems. · Addressing day-to-day operational challenges and escalating reports to upper management. · Procuring necessary materials and collaborating with the production and dispatch departments to ensure uninterrupted operations. · Train staffs on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and adherence to company guidelines. · Monitoring compliance with safety protocols and transportation regulations.
