What will your typical day look like? The successful candidate will participate in the co:creation of Greenhouse and Discovery Zone experiences, lead technology implementations and operations, provide day:to:day technology support, and assist with the development and enhancement of Discovery Zone demos and their use cases. The role requires strong oral and written communication skills. Functional knowledge of enterprise office technology and a genuine interest in emerging technologies are a must. Experience in the Government and Public Services industry, with the ability to connect the application of technology and innovative solutions to real:world industry issues is a bonus. Some physical activities such as setting up, relocating, and dismantling IT hardware will be required. Onsite work is required for session preparation and delivery. Some travel may be required. In summary, this is an exciting opportunity and position that will allow the incumbent to connect with and learn from many professionals and SMEs within the firm from various service lines and senior level business executives on many different most:pressing challenges while working on the latest and greatest technology products and solutions. :Collaborate on Greenhouse and Discovery Zone experience design and implement technology requirements :Ensure Greenhouse and Discovery Zone enabling technologies (PCs, servers, mobile devices, interactive screens, AV system, networks, online tools) are prepared for client delivery and meet internal IT compliance standards :Tech produce and support the delivery of Greenhouse and Discovery Zone experience in all three delivery formats (in:room, hybrid, online) :Provide day:to:day technology support in the Greenhouse and Discovery Zone :Research, assess, test and onboard new technology assets and tools (both hardware and software) :Support the development, onboarding, activation, and enhancement of Discovery Zone demos and their use cases :When required, provide general IT support to Deloitte professionals such as setting up meeting rooms, assisting with laptop troubleshooting, or helping with account provisioning.
