What will your typical day look like? The Deloitte Greenhouse Experience Program in Ottawa is seeking a highly motivated Technology Specialist responsible for the management and operation of the Greenhouse and Discovery Zone enabling technologies, supporting the Greenhouse session delivery, and the Discovery Zone asset/solution onboarding and activation. The successful candidate will participate in the co:creation of Greenhouse and Discovery Zone experiences, lead technology implementations and operations, provide day:to:day technology support, and assist with the onboardingof Discovery Zone demos and their use cases. The role requires strong oral and written communication skills. Functional knowledge of enterprise office technology and a genuine interest in emerging technologies are a must. Experience in the Government and Public Services industry, with the ability to connect the application of technology and innovative solutions to real:world industry issues is a bonus. Some physical activities such as setting up, relocating, and dismantling IT hardware will be required. Onsite work is required for session preparation and delivery. Some travel may be required. Role and Responsibilities :Collaborate on Greenhouse and Discovery Zone session design and implement technology requirements to ensure impactful client experience :Ensure Greenhouse and Discovery Zone enabling technologies (PCs, servers, mobile devices, interactive screens, AV system, networks, online tools) are prepared for client experience and meet internal IT compliance standards :Tech produce and support the delivery of Greenhouse and Discovery Zone experience in all three delivery formats (in:room, hybrid, online) :Provide day:to:day technology support in the Greenhouse and Discovery Zone :Research, assess, test and onboard new technology assets and tools (both hardware and software) :Support the onboarding, activation, and operation of Discovery Zone demos and their use cases :Enable and support productivity improvement initiatives (e.g. process optimization and automation) across the Greenhouse Experience Program leveraging technology solutions like Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. :When required, provide general IT support to Deloitte professionals such as setting up meeting rooms, assisting with laptop troubleshooting, or helping with account provisioning.
