Accounting Manager Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage daily accounting operations and a high:performing finance team Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year:end financial statements Oversee cash flow, budgeting, and account reconciliations Manage AR/AP processes and financial reporting deadlines Support internal, external, and government audits Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and procedures Mentor and train accounting staff to enhance team efficiency and performance Collaborate with leadership to provide insights that drive strategic decisions Utilize ERP systems and advanced Excel functions for reporting and analysis Accounting Manager Qualifications: CPA designation (or actively working toward it) 3+ years of accounting experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role Strong financial reporting and analytical skills Proficiency in Excel, Word, and large ERP systems Experience with internal controls, audits, and compliance Excellent leadership, communication, and team:building abilities Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast:paced environment with strong attention to detail Why Join Coach Canada?
