Our company supports on:power refueling systems for CANDU reactors and also responds to a range of challenging engineering and supply requests. You will be at the forefront of our customer response. You will help to define the design, development and testing stages of multi:disciplinary projects related to automated and semi:automated fueling machines, robotic systems, and maintenance tooling for CANDU reactors and other related systems. This opportunity will test your ability to cut through ambiguity, to generate technically sound, customized and accurate proposals as part of a multi:disciplinary team. Connecting customers to the best BWXT solution will be your mandate and, as such, building and maintaining internal and external customer relationships are a key part of this role. The proposal coordinator owns the proposal process from customer RFP to order receipt and evaluation and is accountable to produce high quality proposals. The proposal coordinator willprepare proposal packages including the supporting pricing activities, Pricing Approval Request (PAR), risk registers as well as customer facing commercial documents. This role is accountable to provide commercial support for proposals and contract management activities. Working primarily with the Engineering and Manufacturing team, they will ensure adherence to company processes, templates and standards, as well as corporate governance requirements.
