Job duties you will be responsible for:
· Ensure all ordering and tasks are completed to successfully run the restaurant properly.
· Assist with all administrative aspects and duties.
· Monitor and troubleshoot any restaurant, building maintenance and employee problems and find solutions.
· Process payroll for all restaurant staff.
· Train and educate all staff for operational excellence.
· Involved in hiring new staff.
· Create and adjust all staff schedules.
· Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues.
· Gather guests' feedback and recommend improvements to the menus.
