We are currently looking for a summer student to join our Contracts and Tenders team of Olympus Canada, Inc. in the Richmond Hill, Ontario office. This is a full:time opportunity involving 40 hours per week. The summer student assignment will run from May through late August 2025. The contracts and tenders summer student will work closely with the Contracts teams to assist in backfilling and cleaning data from the Tom Project as well review service contracts setups for GPO LTP contracts. Job Duties :Back fill contractual information into Sales Force. :Back fill capital pricing information. :Clean up expired contracts in customer folders. :Inactive expired contracts in Sales Force. :Assist with entering VOC info into SAP. :Review duplicate pricing in SAP. :Contract Pricing Quotes. :One:off RFQ (NSHA/ Quebec). :Back fill Win / Loss in Tender Log. :Other ad:hoc tasks. Job Qualifications Required: :Must have completed a minimum of two (2) years at an accredited 4:year college/university and be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program during the time of the summer student program. :Must be legally able to work in Canada :Strong knowledge of Word and Excel. :Must be computer literate. :Strong interpersonal skills. **Hepatitis B vaccination is recommended for employees who are at risk for exposure to blood or other bodily fluids on the job.
