As Senior Talent Management Advisor, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent across a diverse range of roles in the Temerty Faculty of Medicine and the Dalla Lana School of Public Health. Essential Qualifications : University degree with a specialization in Human Resources or an equivalent acceptable combination of education and experience : Three years' experience managing full:cycle recruitment and experience implementing onboarding and training and development programs : Demonstrated success in sourcing top talent, including engaging passive candidates : Proven ability to craft inclusive, compelling and concise job postings along with well:structured, effective interview questions : A proven record of accomplishment in developing and managing professional relationships at all levels required : Advanced proficiency in M365, applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn : IT savvy, including a facility for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with databases and web:based applications : Professional and polished presenter, with exceptional oral, written communication and active listening skills : Strong attention to detail, organizational and project management skills and the ability to deliver high quality work while managing competing deadlines : Strong relationship management and networking skills : Highly creative, self:directed and a motivated team player : Must have an excellent client service orientation and demonstrate initiative, diplomacy and discretion : Demonstrated ability to work effectively both in a consultative team environment and independently : Ability to interact with senior managers and academic administrators in a manner that generates their attention and respect, facilitates cooperation and achieves consensus : Ability to quickly grasp requirements of collective a
