We specialize in newer-year vehicles and take pride in ensuring that each car, truck, SUV, van and commercial vehicle undergoes a thorough safety inspection and preventative maintenance. We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager who is passionate about cars, with great dealership skills and excellent communications skills. Key Duties & Responsibilities: · Develop and implement sales strategies: The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that align with the dealership's goals and objectives. · Manage the sales team: The Sales Manager is responsible for managing and leading the sales team, which includes recruiting, training, coaching, and motivating team members to achieve their targets. · Determine inventory needs, purchase vehicles, and determine recondition requirements. · Perform trade-in appraisals. · Maintain positive and successful guest relationships and ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded. · Conduct regular performance reviews, assist with upper management requests, and other various duties that may arise. Skills requirements： · A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automotive Sales Representative. Previous experience in Automotive Management would be considered an Asset. · Completion of a Diploma in business administration, or an automotive-related field is required. · Excellent communication and organizational skills. · Strong organization and prioritization skills Wages: $35/hr based on 40 hrs a week, in person + Commission package.
