Job Requirements · Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field. · Valid security license issued by the appropriate regulatory authority. · Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with guests, staff, and law enforcement personnel. · Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team. · Sound judgment and decision-making skills, especially in high-pressure situations. · Knowledge of crowd control techniques, conflict resolution strategies, and emergency response procedures. · Experience in conducting risk assessments and evaluating security protocols, with the ability to identify vulnerabilities and propose improvements. · Demonstrated ability to address and resolve work-related issues quickly and efficiently, and to implement corrective actions as needed.
